Rates & Terms
Most clients prefer to be charged by the hour and where this is the case, the hourly rate is dependent upon the nature of the work that you need Alexandra to undertake on your behalf. New clients can benefit from a *free of charge initial meeting where on meeting Alexandra, you can discuss your requirements in more depth
Audio Transcription is chargeable per audio minute and rates are dependent upon the quality and type of recording.

*Applicable to new clients within a 30 mile radius of Malmesbury, North Wiltshire.
Retainers
Clients may opt to purchase pre-paid blocks of hours by way of a Retainer and as such, benefit from a discounted rate. Pre-paid hours are valid for a full year from purchase date.
Payment
Payment terms are 14 days from Invoice date.
VAT is not applicable.
